Fuse box part numbers help

Hi guys im needing a fusebox to try and see if it sorts my rangie out my fuse box has these numbers on a sticker on the side..

YQE103410

112418120398

PET

Its a 99/2000 spec facelift 4.6 Hse my car

Now ive seen lots of fuseboxes for sale but they are quoting a part numbers

AMR 6045
AMR 6476
AMR 3375

Daft question but they all look the same in the pictures are they do you think or will it be internal differences or part number changes etc etc..there are one or two with the same number as mine for sale but seem to be treble the money ???

There is a difference I believe....

Found the attached...check your VIN Number......
