Fuel tank capacity?

Firstly can anyone tell me how many ltrs a 1987 swb 90's fuel tank holds? Just trying to work out what MPG im getting out of my V8.

Also, A long shot, but you never know your luck. has any one got, or can anyone tell me where I can get a decent, NOT KNACKERED 200tdi defender engine from? if you've got one, let me know how much you want for it. My original engine before the previous owner put in this v8 was an N/A. But due to the cost of petrol now, I'd like to bolt in a defender 200tdi, I have the original 5 speed box in it. I know I can put in a 200tdi disco engine with some adaptions, but it doesn't look such a good job as putting in a proper defender 200tdi. But I'll consider one of those too if you have a good one for sale (including the turbo, rad, intercooler, etc that I'll need for it to be complete).

If not, then my second choice a decent 2.5 full TD engine if anyone has one, or knows where I can get one?

ya fuel recipt will say exactly how much fuel you put in so brim it, drive a set number of miles, say 100 brim it again compare the amount of fuel required to brim it again and work out mpg from there

Thanks for that. only prob is my odometer, or speedo cable, or both are not working at the mo, so I'll do that as soon as I get chance to fix them. for the time being I'd just like to know how many ltrs the tank holds?
