After letting my tank go a bit too low, (1 mile left) My o4 vogue started to miss fire and run very lumpy on petrol but ok on LPG. I and my local garage suspected a dirty fuel filter so, I used a guide I found on here by Saint V8, to strip and clean. On inspection it looked clean but I still striped, cleaned and re fitted it.
For a while it ran fine, but it came back with avengence.
I looked into the tank and found the fuel was not passing from one side to another. So I half filled the tank and it ran fine.
Again it the fuel starvation returned, and the tank is still just only under half full.
I am assuming it is a fuel starvation as when it warms up and switches onto LPG it runs as it should.
Do I need a new pump or is it something to do with the position of that o ring?
I don't want to pay out £600+ to find out it was something else.
Any advise will be greatly received.
Thanks for reading John.
