There's two additional parts listed on here, are they what you need?
No unfortunately. The two other parts they say you need are steel ring that rusts away and the rubber seal.
have you looked at the sticky that has got exploded diagrams and part numbers in it?

The black bit sticking out is what im missing. This is the bit that is connected to the fitting on the end of the fuel line with the nut and olive.Where does it fit on here?
Contact the place you purchased it from and see what they say, it might be you've got a duff one. Ask them to check another one or even a different manufacturers one as a comparisonJust foundthis photo of it before i removed it.
