Hi my evoque keeps going into limp home mode i used an odem and it gives the code p008 high fuel rail pressure I changed the fuel filter and it ran fine for a month I've researched what the problem could be and it could be the pressure regulator or the pressure sensor I'm thinking of tackling this myself is this something a diyer could do and are there any precautions I should take any advice would be appreciated thanks

Yes it's a 5 min swop make sure you get the correct 1 there are x2 different thread sizes

The fuel rail sensor only comes with the fuel rail.
The regulator can be replaced, but it generally very reliable.
Ideally more in depth diagnostics are needed.
