Hi i am new so sorry if you have heard this one before...
i have just bought a 03 td4 freelander 2 days ago i heard the buzzing grinding noise coming from the fuel pump"i thought thats a bit loud" today i have the car in the garage my wife calls me this morning complaining she has no power upon harsh acceleration!! the car will run ok very normal riding but soon as you press the peadle it stuggles i am guesseing seeing as the fuel pump is makeing a loud noise it is on its way out the computer says no faults i am also having the filter changed as well am i right in thinking the fuel pump is starving the engine on havey load??? your answers would be greatly concidered sorry for spelling it sucks
