The pipe wot goes from the under bonnet fool filter to fool pump, seems to be weeping slightly at the pump end, is there a fix for this, or a noo pipe? Does anyone know the part number?

Can you get at it to wrap tape around it? If you can, nip down yer local partco and ask em for coolant/fuel pipe repair strips. They cost about £8 for 3 strips. If you aint done it by the chippy run I'll give you a strip then.

it dont seem to weep much - just a smear of fuel around the top of the pump. I havent tried tightening it in case it makes it worse
