Hey there, i was thinking of buying a range rover 4.0 hse with a gas conversion and was wondering if anyone could tell me how much it would cost me to drive around town. How much do you put in a week??

ok, im looking at a 99/2000 4.0 hse range rover with lpg conversion. what is the average mpg?
 
:rolleyes: mpg is a bit easier to guess at than "how much petroil will I haff to put in" or the even more oblique "how much will it cost to drive around town!"
 
I've never actually worked out the MPG but my 4 litre 1999 Disco will do 250 miles to 71 litres of gas on a run at a steady 65mph (not sure about city driving) and I buy my gas at the local ASDA where I get it for 49.9p a litre as I have the use of mums store card which gets me 2p off every litre....


EDIT: Ooops, I made a mistake, I put 150 miles instead of 250 miles to a tank of gas
