I have a 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 and when the car is started, the front windscreen wipers come on... and stay on! The only way to disable them is to remove the fuse. A real pain in the backside to say the least!!!
Please help, as our Local Land Rover main dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it (but still wants to charge for taking a look!)

Tell your main dealer they are a useless pile of ****e if they can't even fix a 2008 model!

Yes they will charge you to diagnose the fault they are there to make money, if they diagnose the fault and tell you what the problem is then you go and fix it yourself but they don't charge you for the fault finding, how are they to make their money?

Best guess would be to chech the stalk function switches, check the rain sensor is clear and check the wiring multiplugs.

A diagnostic check will qualify the cars brains aren't throwing a wobbler too!

OK. Storey does seem to have gone quiet on the AllComms:confused:
My copy downloaded an update the other day - so I think he is still tinkering, just no major leaps forward as yet....

Considering the Legend that is Storey Wilson welcomed in the arrival of a new kid towards the end of last year, I think he is up to his neck in nappies (or diapers as he would put them)
