front window (near side)

Hi folks hope you can help again ??? My discovery 2001 the near side window will go down when driving but not back up however if I switch the engine of it will go up and down ??
please some ideas will be greatly appreciated

Hello and welcome at a guess possible power drain when engine running try swapping relays around witch are inside cubby box or try our discovery section mybe someone else had similar issue hood luck
