I have a slight problem which i will be taking a look at tomorrow. Everytime i turn right at speed a loud single knock occurs at what seems the front offside wheel. Are there any common issues that cause this?
 
Track rod end
Anti roll bar bushes
Wheel bearing
Get it up on a jack and move things about with a crow bar
Try holding the wheel at the 3 and 9 oclock position and moving it back and forth to check for play in the bearing
