Update from my previous thread.....
I have had my front heater problem diagnosed as the heater blower itself being seized and needing replaced. I have been quoted £1600 + VAT from my local garage which I personlly feel is rediculious so I am going to try myself.
I have purchased a replacement motor and I a going to start stripping the dash off at the wekend.
Can anyone give me a detailed account of how I go about replacing the motor form start to finish.
If you want to pm your number so I call you I am happy to.
Thank you in advance!!

thanks for reply. No i dont have RAVE. Where can i get this??

Sorry, only been a Range Rover owner for a few weeks.....

Thanks again

Hi,
Tried downloading the RAVE manual from a few different online sources and it is always incomplete.
Does anyone know a link I can download a complete in working order RAVE manual for a 2002 TD6
Thanks

Hi,
That would be very helpfull. Even if I could just get the section re how to remove the heater blower motor and re fit new new one. Dashboard removal info would be helpfull too.
Thanks in advance

thanks. dowmnloading now. hopefully this one works.

Thanks again to everyone who has contributed to my threads. Big help.
Lets just hope I am able to successfully remove the dash replace the heater motor and put it all back together again.......

thanks downloaded both of these, however they do not detail anywhere how to remove the dash or replace the heater blower motor. The single file pdf is a simple reference guide
Thanks though

It is in there cos I have just looked....

With RAVE there are links at the top of the procedure you can click on....i.e. to remove the Fan motor you have to remove the HEVAC Unit and at the top of the Fan Motor procedure is a link to the HEVAC removal...then at the top of the HEVAC removal is the link to the Dash removal procedure....

You have to follow the links backwards to the beginning....
