Front Discs

Hi
Please can someone help me,I have a 2002 Td4 Mk 1 Freelander Es and I am going to change Front Discs and Pads,I checked in workshop manual for the right size to order and it says they are Vented 262mm (10.31ins) Diameter also in the Rave manual it says the same thing.
On line they keep saying the size for my vehicle is Vented 277mm and now I am really confused.
Please can someone shed some light on what's going on.

Measure your own to confirm what is fitted.

Landrover fitted larger discs and calipers from 2001 onwards,that's why the pre 2001 alloy wheels wont fit freelanders after 2001,Yours should be 277mm ,part number sbd101070 ,but you never know with Landrover so as juicyv8 says measure yours before you order new ones.

Early Freelanders had solid front discs, later ones were vented (from 2001 on) so if you order vented discs you should be OK
