Anyone has removed front bumper before? Is it hard? I have the RAVE CD but any advise would good.
Try to locate to mount oil cooler behind the bumper.

easy job..........4 screws on the top of the grille, 2 screws in the wheel arches on each side which secure the arch trim to the bumper, 2 screws (on each side) underneath which hold the lower part of the wheel arch liner to the bumper, 2 screws where the under tray goes on, take off a square plastic cover from up inside the wheel arches, pull the arch liner out from behind the bumper and there are 2 10mm bolts (1 on each side) which secure the bumper to the wing and 3 or 4 (cant remember!) plastic trim clips under the number plate, give it a yank and it'll come off

yes it was easy if you can find 2 bolts securing rear edge of frontbumper to inner front wing. thanks clutchdust!!
Took off the bumper and yes I think I should be able to put an engine oil cooler infron of A/C rad.
Time to order oil cooler. wish me luck :D

where from?
wot make?
how much?

not sure its a good idea to put oil cooler rad infront of A/C radiator, as it would mean that hot air is being passed thro the A/C rad. Not so efficient cooling.

There was one compact engine cooler on ebay but it already ended :(
For me in Oz, sometime it is cheaper to get stuff from US even with delivery charges.
Just put a small oil cooler so you wont block the whole A/C rad. I would say you put just infront of A/C, can screw together with power steering oil cooler.
