ok ta mucho I am guessing Polyurethane is best? the yellow ones? why the different colours though?

Yea it reminded me of how it was bumping.... its been a job for about 2 years, i will have to sort it soon

I looked at poly and in the end decided rubber was best. My plan was to slowly replace the lot as need arose. Trailing arms front done. Keep looking at the steering / anti-rollbar one one but it doesn't look that bad so keep putting it to the back of the list.

Bumping: not the dampers, is it?

No bumping really, just seems a little harsh when you go over a bump, but that could be the suspension settings being too hard, and maybe needs to be softer setting

Mine's not soft by any stretch of the imagination. I am running on 18" rims though. The 16" rims smooth it a bit. I have even considered sneaking the profile of the tyres up a bit on the 16" for off roading.

you're not running 24" with a lick of black paint for tyres?

All I have done is
Drag Link Assembly including joints
Track Rod Assembly including joints

Thought I would do the easy bits first, seems like a pain doing the bushes, and I might need help doing them

The front end bushes are easy enough so long as you follow the instructions.

AR bar and shocks are the easiest
Panhard you can do in a vice
Radius Arms are the most difficult - you need a special tool to press in OEM bush as it is a compression fit. Some use polybush to get around this.
For me i got a set off the breakers and took them down to an indy to press them in for me.
