Freelander td4 2005

Hi all just bought my first freelander last october so far great (touch wood ) can anyone tell me what the steam from the front condensate pipe underneath the front bumper is, My coolant level in the reservoir is as it should be, no overheating etc just wondered what it might be, any help would be appreciated

i think the general consensus is that it's the exhaust from your fuel burning heater

I have a Freelander 2005 TD4. Yes its the Fuel burning heater also you my find when you first start up on cold morning and when your cleaning the frost of the car you could hear a strange sort of sound bit like a grown again his is the FBH it does make some very funny noises but nothing to get worried about its the norm.
