Hi , I have a freelander 1999 DI s-wagon, the problem that I have is that there is an intermitting fault with the feed to the starter solenoid, some times there is a loud buzzing sound, that sounds like a stuck relay, near to the injector pump, when you turn the ignition on and then when you turn the ignition key to try to start the engine there is no feed to the small solenoid wire, does any one know if it sound like a relay fault and if so what relay should I be looking at?
thanks for all your help if you can..

The 'buzzing' sound is normal with the ignition on. Check the feed to and from the ignition switch, they have been known to give probs some times, assuming youv'e had a look at any relevant fuses.
