Freelander rear door window jammed up

Hi guys, had a look around,and seen a lot of Freelander rear window issues,however my window is jammed shut, it's three door 2L TDI and the glsss has gone on outside of frame,it doesn't drop that bit when I try to open the rear (boot) door,and when itry to open it from the button inside it beeps, I can hear some sort of noise inside the door, maybe the motor for the window, any advice great fully received,thanks in advance
