Freelander Owner

Read the horror stories but couldnt resist getting what I wanted, bought a Freelander TD4 which broke down 10 miles from the dealership, from then on it spent more time int he garage than with me. I couldnt settle into it anyway, the hardback got on my nerves a bit and was going to respray it (posted pic in freelander gallary).

Anyhow to avoid a good talking to the dealership swapped it for a V6 in Black which within a week was in the garage for a new heater matrix. It's back now and although I am paranoid it's going to blow up I love it.

I have the car I want even though it's bound to bite me every chance it gets.

The house, wife, wot about sending a big wad of cash off for some shiny weellies that wont turn up?

I rekon that some of the horror stories come from peeps who never really research their choice of vehicle too much.
so it comes as quite a shock, speshly if they not abit spannerish. (quite a few spanners on here)

But ya carnt beat turning a def ear to some of the stories, they aint all bad. Otherwise you'll never have what you really want.
just take the bites in the ass like a man, or do wot i do get ****ed insted!
