Freelander instuments cease to work.

Freelander one had a burn't out rear light due to the exhaust slipping.
Im fixing this but the dash instruments have ceased to work.
I checked all the fuses but to no avail.
There were two failed but replaced these.
The wiring is fixed at the rear.
It is wired up and works fine.
Just the dash to fix.
Its the rev counter and the fuel gauge.
also the indicaters do not work ,
The hazards do .
its a freelander 2000 di.3 door.
Please help as I do a lot of travelling mid week in it.

Check fuses again , check conections also relays .

Ive checked the fuzes all of them.
The relays sound promising as I havn't done these yet.
any colour ideas.
Theres yellow ones and I have spares.

My dash clocks aren't working either.No mph, revs or fuel gauge. The milometer works ok though. However, when I used a spare set of clocks I get the 3 amigos light up, no fuel gauge or mph but the revs work. Tried fuses and relays - no problems there. Ideas welcome.

On mine (facelift) theres two fuse boxes !

do you have power to the instrument cluster are all the wires for the things working if so then cluster fault if not could possible be a ccu fault or something along them lines

Or a bad earth connection somewhere? They can cause all sorts of odd faults.

All good.
Took battery of replaced.
Window stopped working.
Took top of ecu of replaced.
Checked all fuses again found 2 failed so a total of about 5.

All works great ,moved relays about.
Even the rear washer works.
Going to spay grease the driver window wires now .
