Freelander gearbox exchange advice please

As header really, got to swap out my freelanders ("w" 2000) gearbox, is it a pain in the arse? anything i should be looking out for thats gonna bite me later??

Oh, and which engine? petrol/diesel?

Its the dreaded 1.8 Petrol "k series"...... and yes i've all the problems that go with that as well!!!

the wrong box put back will have the wrong ratios, and mess up drivability, you must ensure like for like.
