First time post. I have a 2003 freelander kv 2.5. I had a number of issues lately. First the car seems to have less power at lower speeds. Next on two occassions upon starting the car, it would not rev past 1500 rpm. I restarted the car a few times and this just cleared and ran normal. Lastly, there are times when car will not start, turns over great, if I let it sit for an hour or so it starts right up.
I had the codes read and they are as follows:
P1628, P1629 P1637
P1471, P1472
I have read about a service campiagn on the fuel pump modual operation that might explain the starting issue.
They cleared the codes and I ran the car for a few days and code P1471 returned.
Seems like a long list and I know I will have to bring it in the shop, would just like to know what I am dealing with here.
