bought my freelander about a month ago, and noticed the interior lights only came on when any of the doors were opened, or the car unlocked.
The rear single light for passengers sitting behind the driver work fine.
I decided to take the light cluster out and found a loose (brown) wire on the circuit board. I soldered it back onto the correct location on the circuit board and put the light cluster back together. Nothing happend (still no lights)
Since putting it back together......
Clock only works when engine is running and always resets itself to 12:00 when engine is started,
no interior light (front or back)
immobiliser wont work when car is locked (although alarm works fine)
the light behind the mileometer does not work, (all other dashboard lights work fine)
CD player wont work.
any tips would be more than welcome
