Freelander drop links help

I'm going to try and change the drop links on my 2002 freelander! Any help would be very gratefull as in what tools(sizes etc) are need pics would be great thanx as u can tell I'm a newbie
It would be good to introduce yourself (and Good manners) on Introducing or face the wrath of the Forum. Then if you go to the Freelander site the Guys will be only too glad to help:doh: :welcome2:
