Freelander 2 TD4 Floor Leak

Hi All,
New to this site.
I’ve noticed in heavy rain, my Freelander 2 TD4 (2014) is collecting water in the passenger footwell.
It appears to be coming in from the top right of the floor space, behind/below the glove box area. I’ve not got a sun roof, but thinking maybe could be from wiper mount??
Wondering if anyone else has had this, and any points to start looking at?

Check where any wires pass through the bulk head if possible get someone with a hose to spray areas especially around where panels meet like the old freeland1 had the problem with the fish tank in the boot

After checking that link, i found mine was ok. However, window seal at base was lifting, allowing water to drain into air vents and down into footwell.
Bit of silicone until replacement seal is fitted i think!

I think I am having a similar issue. Water is coming in, in small amounts, into the passenger footwell, though intermittently.

Is the seal you have provided the picture of at the bottom of your windscreen? I was told by someone that the windscreen is bonded in, so shouldn't leak even if the seal has come away, but maybe they were wrong?

Did the silicone seal sort it for you?

The windscreen is bonded to the body, so providing it's been installed correctly, it can't leak.
Have you checked that AC evaporator drain is clear? A blocked drain makes the carpet wet, as the condensate drips inside, rather than outside.
