Freelander 2 infotainment

I have been advised that my audio amp module has failed and took with it the Sat nav. Phone. P Sensors, this all via the MOST circuit.
I have been quoted £1750 to replace this?
Am I able to use a used amp and get it recoded to the vehicle If so can someone tell me the correct serial for the part required for the vehicle? Many variants appear on E bay. 2013 Freelander 2 HSE. Thanks for any advice.

I can't for one second believe any part of the MOST will take out any other part when it fails. It's likely that there is an issue with one module, which is stopping the signals from the other modules doing what they are supposed to.

Your best be is to take the PN off your current amp, and get a replacement with the same PN. The amps are generally pretty reliable, I've never heard of one failing that I can remember, unless it's got wet, which has happened a couple of times. I suspect a replacement with the same PN should just work, but if not it will need configuration to the vehicle.
