freelander 2 door puddle lights

Hi all happy new year anyone know if the wires are in place in the door card to fit puddle lights I got the plastic blanking plate that I took out but could not see any wires anyone no if they are behind the door card many thanks dawn

They're there in the D3, if the lights aren't acutely fitted. Look in the door for a thin wire wrapped in foam and tucked away.

Discovery 3, wiring loom is quite often the same for all specs, it’s just a matter of searching
