Been looking at getting a D3 commercial, but, understand they can end up being very costly when the electrics go wrong (what a surprise, Land Rover can't do electrics) It's not completly ruled them out for me, but, is a huge concern, considering how completely they are to buy

So, sticking with a similar theme... any comments on the F2 commercial from people? Afraid i couldn't being myself to wonder into the gaylander section to ask this.

It would be for road use only, moving business stuff around and a general day car. (ok it might go across fields and stuff, but, it's not going to be an off-roader)

generally, I think they are pretty good at what they are, small van with car like comfort.

There's a few on ebay at the moment, most have starship mileages (ones on 180k) so that's a pretty good indicator.

in terms of the vehicle itself, no different to any other f2 except for the missing seats in the back and blacked out windows, so the fact that it's a commercial has no bearing on reliability.

Seems a fair bit longer inside than the f1 commercial, I sometimes struggle for space with it, especially being limited to 4 tread steps. Then again, whatever it is can just go on the roof anyway.

Cheers, my parents have had 2 F2's now, so, i'm fairly familiar with the cars and think they're alright. Appreciate there is no mechanical difference with the commercial, just good to get some other opinions on them.
