Freelander 2 (57 reg) Fault code P2562 - HELP!

Can someone please help to advise the solution to this fault code? My car goes into limp mode whilst the engine is in idle position, waiting at traffic lights or a roundabout, it re-sets when I stop, remove the key then start again. Really need some good advice as to what the actual fault could be before spending a fortune. I tow my horse trailer and can't do that until this fault is fixed as it is quite dangerous to have 1600kg behind you with no power

Using my code breaker gene I’m guessing there’s number letter code here so, assuming that P is the wee exception, it obviously stands for please. The rest correspond to letters of the alphabet so B E F B.
Therefore, substituting the letters for educationally guessed words you get Please Buy Expensive Freelander Book.

Really I was expecting educated & helpful replies, not sarcastic!, I have a fault code reader for my car, I’m not an expert therefore I have written what that device has picked up, you obviously can’t help therefore not sure why you replied at all!

All other avenues already exhausted including google and mechanics, my mechanic suggested this forum so I could save money
