Freelander 1 trailer sockets

Can anybody help please, I fitted a towbar and 12N socket 2 years ago utilising the pre-wired socket fitted in the rear wing, and now I would like to fit the caravan 12S socket, and have just found another socket in the rear with 8 black wires of different capacities and I dont what its for and what it does. Does anyone have experience of this and able to enlighten me?

Not sure what the socket is that you found. I was told that 12s are wired direct to front of car. The last one I did was a genuine LR kit for 12s and it supplied another loom that went right through the car. So ans so of a job to do.
