Freelander 1 reverse gear

Hi I'm looking for some advice on my Freelander 1 I'm struggling to get reverse gear but all other gears are ok so don't know wether it needs new clutch or something else I could repair myself

if you can get 1st and other gears whilst car is stood with engine running,then it wont be clutch

It's a 1.8 petrol (LPG converted)

I can get all gears just a crunch when selecting reverse

There is no synchro on the reverse gear, make sure you are stopped and give it a few seconds before engaging reverse - should find it better then
