Got transfer box off, cut weld with hole saw and beat the **** out of it.

Took it in and had a chat, plan is to machine an adapter up, secure it to autobox shaft and then support using transfer gear. Fit stud in end to preload autobox output shaft. Send it away to be cold plasma nitrited

I have the original input gear out of my lt77 lt230 3.5 disco at work, will that help?

yer always gonna ave problems liftin a body in one piece apparently the best thing to do is chop up the corpse into 6 pieces

then when yer got yer 6 pieces yer gotta get rid of em coz its no good leaveing it in the deep freeze for yer mum to discover now is it fellas

Supercharger-no wonder gearbox doesn't like it

its not on yet!!anyway i look at it as diff protector( i carry spare halfshafts around in the boot,mrs wont let me carry a spare gearbox..)

does that lexus v8 use motronic style dizzys for each bank, the caps look like the ones from my old bmw 325i e30.
