In 2009 the Camel Trophy Owners Club celebrated the 20th anniversary of Bob & Jo Ives - Team UK - winning the Camel Trophy 1989. There was a special display at the main UK Land Rover shows featuring the winning vehicle, a Land Rover One Ten station wagon.
To support the events the CTOC team produced a special commemorative pack so that Land Rover enthusiasts across the world could be part of the celebrations. This auction is for a 9" commemorative Dibond aluminium plaque, with the commemorative Camel Trophy badge printed on it in yellow and blue, the event colours for that year.
The limited edition batch were reminiscent of the rally plates made for the CT events. It would look fantastic on display at home or in your garage, or mounted on your Defender or indeed any car! For more details about the commemorative packs you can visit the Camel Trophy Owners Club forum here. This item is being auctioned on behalf of the Camel Trophy Owners Club and all proceeds will go direct to CTOC funds. Click here for more details
It will be securely packaged in bubble wrap and sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Alternatively we can arrange for it to be collected from Bristol or I might even be able to drop it off in the Bristol/Bath area. If you are attending any of the remaining Land Rover shows (Billing, Stoneleigh, Peterborough, London to Brighton) we can arrange for it to be taken along and collected from the eye-catching CTOC club stand.
