Well i gave Jordan my contact details yesterday and he said they would call me but nothing all day very dissapointed in them, so went with NFU mutual they were very friendly and helpful, maybe not the cheapest but i was very happy with the lady i spoke to, so your loss Flux

Sorry to hear this, I have just checked and the call back was delegated to a member of our quotations department so I'll investigate what has happened here.

Please accept my apologies, if anyone ever doesn't receive an arranged call back for any reason please please just drop me a PM and I'll nine times out of ten reply straight away and sort it immediately.

Hi Steve,

I've just investigated this and at 10:24AM yesterday my colleague called, there was no answer and he left a voicemail on the mobile telephone number you provided. I have just traced the call on our call recordings to confirm this, the call was 1m 11 secs long.

Apologies if you didn't spot this but I can confirm we have definitely called on the number you sent me via PM.

Well ive checked my voicemail and no messages there, and no emails either so not sure what you lot are doing, i did also check i sent the right number lol

I've checked our system and we called the telephone number on the day you requested at 10.24AM and left a voicemail lasting 1min 11secs.

I'm not sure what else I can do if you didn't receive this message, I have checked our call recording software and the telephone number matches the one you sent me in the PM. We have no reason not to want to call and if required I can PM you a screenshot of the call details.

Apologies if you are unhappy with the service received from our quotes team but I am satisfied that we did attempt to call you on the number and day you requested the call.

Thats just it, i havent recieved any service at all and they still havent called me lol

Apologies, you said you'd gone with another insurer so I assumed were no longer interested? If you would like a call back then please do PM me a suitable time and day so I can arrange this, if I have a certain time that suits you then we won't have to worry about voicemails not being received.
