flapper efi problems in Kent

Evening all. has anyone in the Kent area got a Classic running a flapper efi setup? or have a good knowledge of this system? Ive fitted an engine from a classic into my 1963 FB Vauxhall Victor and im tying to use the efi system. Im pretty sure its all wired up correctly but i cant seem to get it to inject any fuel. I have a spark and have had it running on easy start (just) and i have fuel to the fuel rail.
The thing that i dont understand is i seem to have a positive feed to both sides of the injectors, i would have thought one side would be an earth?
The ecu is getting a pulse from the negative side of the coil to tell them to work but they dont seem to do anything. All the relays etc seem to click at the correct time but still no fuel!!!
Any help would be great.

Blimey, an FB Victor that has not rusted away You might have fited a decent engine to it.
