FL2 Heated Seat issue

Hi All,
Hello again, I have purchased another FL2 so now on my third and not sure I have ever posted here before!
My passenger seat heater is not working. The buttons lights up when switched on but don’t know where to start on this issue?
Any help would be much appreciated.

A diagnostic read will give you clue as to the issue. If you own a FL2 and want to fix it yourself, a multi-system diagnostic reader is a must.

Yeah been looking at them but wondered if I can find someone on here close to Aberdeen area with a reader?
