FL2 Diesel Fuel filter water drain??

if there is a drain pipe undo the screw, you might find it needs a primer bulb fitted to replenish with diesel, what does the manual say?

Pretty much as lance said.
Unbolt it , drain it from the bottom , bulb prime it.
I'd just replace the filter though to be honest.
