FL TD4 TURBO HOSES

Evening All,

I am looking at replacing my Turbo hoses to my 2004 TD4 but genuine are costly , they have been the original and are a bit soft and squidgy now.

What effect will this have on the performance & can anyone recommend a company or even a link to where I can purchase new ones from ?

Most people swap to silicon boost pipes, simply because they are more durable and look better.

If your old hoses swell slightly under boost, then in theory there could be a slight delay in boost building as extra air is needed to take up the gap. But I expect it's not noticeable on a Freelander.

Replacing the hoses before they fail us about improving reliability.
