Fitting larger tyres

I am planning a one inch lift on my 94 Classic. Will I then be able to fit 235/85 tyres?

you'll get 235/75s on without any changes but they did rub on full articulation

You should be able to fit that no problem - mine has 265/75/16 with a 1"lift, all that was done was trim it a bit.But given that, it's not moved far recently (as you can see in the picture lol)
