I wouldn’t advise making the heater to bulkhead seal, as it’s a difficult shape to get right, and the one I made is useless. The one in the diagram for #12, I also made. It seems to be doing its job good enough.

That one seems ok so will reuse, I've ordered the plastic tube and vent for wing but wont be here till next week. will have a go and make the number 12 one.
Got a few other things to be getting on with while I'm waiting for the bits.

not that it would make any difference but front heater box goes to steel tube,rear to head

Thanks. After this I need to get the washer bottle and air box, in there somewhere, does not look enough room for everything but looking at other peoples pics it is possible.
