Fitting 3.9 Classic engine into P38 4.0se

Hi, I have put this on the forum awhile ago and didnt get much feedback, since then i have been talking to someone off the internet who says i could fit the full lump then "HOT WIRE IT" or strip the 3.9 bare and transfer everything off my 4.0se because its identical,can anyone confirm this or give they views to how it can be done. 4.0 is in
fact a 3950 cc upgraded-further I do not know, I'm guessing you may need to swap manifolds etc but not much more.
