At last - using a lent compressor and diagnotsics (thanks Dougie!) I've finally sorted my EAS - it raises, lowers and as an added bonus doesn't want me to drive at 35mph (for now)

Now just the HEVAC to sort - dash out for the O'rings me thinks as book symbol and loosing coolant into the footwell

That'll be another weekend then :)

Have you done O rings before? That is the likely cause from what I've heard - loosing coolant but not overheating. I've had a look at a few of the pages and doesn't look too bad a job if you're willing to make a few extra holes

Not done them personally - but it is a common complaint and bucket loads of info on here about them and how to do them without taking the dash out....to the point that some claim to be able to them in a couple of hours if not less.....

If you have a damp drivers footwell carpet, or stains behind the plastic side trim on the centre console under the dash....or losing coolant and no other leak found...more than likely the O rings....
