Finding someone to fit 02 window regulator kits, Leeds area!

Where's the best place to get freelander window regular kits?

Can anybody recommend somebody in the Leeds area to fit window regulator kits because its driving me mad the crunching noise and now its summer I can only have 1 window down - yes thats right, they're all broke.

Looking at prices someone said you can pay £200 but seen some on ebay, wondered if anyone ever bought any of there?

ebay do the repair kits for £20 plus P+P or do like i did and do the NORTHEN ISLANDER Repair ( Do a search on here ) works a treat i did mine for about a £5.00....

just need a coffee and a bit of paitance.

Yes,Firstly I bought the repair kit .........not successfull at all (wire adhesive etc ) . I bought a regulator recently from ebay ( seller - WingMirrorwoman) the buy it now price was about £50.00 , got it next day , instructions were easy , fitting was easy and the result was perfect.

To fit the kits, try Green Oval - next door to Sulzer Pumps behind Elland Road.

You may have guessed ! but I'm of the female variety ,adjusting the mirrors and steering wheel is as mechanical as it gets for me !!! ,honestly ,fitting this regulator kit was easy ,the instuctions were great and even gave you a link to a site with a video on it ,i've chucked it now or would have posted the link. The hardest bit was taking off and putting back that sticky membrane thingy ..............

Ha Ha , no I'm really not , just very impressed with myself having done this all on my tod , especially when I realised how much the local garages were going to rip me off ................who's columbo ? must have been before my time.................................................!
