The only thing id mention is the 5 minute job in the description, as you've done so much wouldn't the 5 minute job be worth doing , it could end up costing you a lot of money if it puts bidders off

That is true! Good point. I just can't face getting underneath her again and setting it. It is simple, any P38 buyer, and let's face it we all keep coming back, knows that it won't take a moment to reset it. I could have left it off but I wanted too be honest.

It's the non p38 buyers I'd be thinking about,

somebody that's always wanted one then sees yours, thinks wow, right up to the 5 minute job, hmmm I don't know anything about it, is it a 5 minute job or is there something wrong with it that's going to cost thousands to fix

I don't know how to do it so I'm going to have to pay somebody etc etc

If you fix it so it's working properly them ammend the description to say you've fixed it I bet there's more interest
