Finally Joined - been browsing for months

Hello all,

have finally joined the forum having been seraching past threads to resolve issues with my recently purchased RR Classic 3.9 as and when they arise (which having been a series man before, I must say is a lot more than anticipated!).

Look forward to sharing my experiences and asking lots of technical questions /requests for advice.........fresh one to follow!

Welcome............and you think us Series owners are going to be sympathetic? Nah, kidding. I've found there's little you can't get an at least half serious answer to in here. Ask away!

as in my response to fishface220, apologies for the late response, have been laid up in bed feeling sorry for myself...........

Afraid the ZF box does intimidate me a bit - sort of new where I was with a series box and fairey overdrive.

Will be having a clear out of my series bits and bobs in the near future. Loads of second hand parts, but also a good selection of new /never got round to fitting parts (door tops and bottoms, gas shocks, leaf springs etc).

Will get them posted up on the for sale board when I can (although most of the 'new' parts were bought about 5 years ago - on past performance, it could take a while to get round to sorting it all out!)
