Filler cap - but not plastic.

I've lost my filler cap somewhere in a fuel station in Germany. Want to get a replacement, but not keen on the large plastic caps that seem to be my only option... NTC2757
It goes onto the filler neck... NTC2676

but it used to look like this...

a lovely metal cap that suited the car. Any ideas?

NRC9572 or NRC9429, depending on how many lugs.

Unfortunately this is where it seems I will never find a suitable replacement. The ones above ...

... are for outside lugs. Mine are inside lugs, two of them. It made be it's a weird fuel cap never seen elsewhere as the car came from the middle east. If thats true and I can't get a replacement, I'll be even more ****ed I lost it.
