the guy that one it was the guy that has been on phone asking questions and he previously made an offer of 2.5 so he seems genuine hes from essex and says he wants it for his missus hope he wants it quick dont want to be holding on to it for ages!!

I thought it would go for more too - it looked a lot better in the pictures than a lot of them that sell for more - perhaps the location had something to do with it. Still, it's not bad. Hopefully he'll actually get it too!
