okey dokey, this has been an ongoing problem...I have almost pulled what little hair I have left, out.

But today I think I am making some headway.
I am sure that the problem is now narrowed down to faulty injector seats.

Does anybody know where I can buy a TD5 Injector Seat Cutter?

Or has anybody in the kent area got one to loan me for a short time?

you dont need one to do the seals and washers, just make sure its spotlessly clean in each injector hole and use genuine seals and washers

Thanks for your thoughts on this. I replaced all seals with genuine seals, again. No 3 had blowpast on the copper washer so replace them yet again. Engine started fine and even ticked over ...then cut out. Seal is blown past again, just no 3.

Which is why I need the cutter as no 3 just wont seal. But I am feeling hopeful now :)

Just thinking out load, the copper washer should compress to take up any slight un eveness-have you got anything stopping the washer seeing full ommph, otherwise have you possibly got a hairline crack or similar-not sort of news you want to hear though

The head has been repaired and pressure tested so I think it is ok.
I have narrowed down to being a problem with no3 injector.
New seals and washers are in the post (again) but still need to find a cutter.
