Got a fault code P1319 miss fire at low fuel level.
Has anyone any idears what this could mean. Got plenty of fuel in the tank.
Resently rebuilt the heads.

Doubt it has anything to do with the phyisical tank level - I am guessing it means that not enough fuel was injected into the cylinder...

Fuel measurement is based on MAF readings, Engine Speed from the Crank sensor and the Lambda/O2 Sensors...

Would help if we knew the Model, engine and year too...!!

It's a 2001 4.6. When I had it in bits I put new seals on the injectors and cleaned them up. I blew the injectors out with compressed air. Would this have Damaged them?

Depends on how much pressure you used and how you were activating (pulsing) the injector(s) whilst doing this. To much and you may have damaged the internal filter. When flow testing and then ultrasonicaly cleaning we usually let the injectors run whilst we put some inhibitor in if the injector isnt going to be installed into a car for a while. We Dry-Pulse the injectors and blow through the injector using clean filtered low pressure compressed air (1 - 1.5 bar) to remove any Flow Test or Ultrasonic cleaning fluid then use an eye dropper to drop some Liquid Parafin into the injector until it start to drip out of the bottom. Dust caps on top and bottom an the injector can be stored. WD40 is OK if its going straight back in the car. Flow testing (with fluid) is normally done at 3 bar.
