Fault code

Hi everyone.I ran my hawkeye tool on my td5 engine and it red out a code.
Fault:3214 injector 2 open circuit logged.
What does this mean?How to solve it and what is the cause?

Most likely caused by oil contamination of the injector loom.

Check the red plug on the ECU for signs of oil

Thanks will check that out.But think my ecu is under my seat cause its a defender so probably it could be in the connector to the injector loom.Will check clean it and see what happens.

Defender or not, the oil still finds its way down the loom to under the drivers seat also.
